All Estelle-branded hardware products are covered by a 24-month limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship, beginning from the date of delivery.
The warranty is valid only in the country or region of purchase.
This warranty only applies to Estelle-branded hardware products, such as the Estelle One and Estelle Remote. Estelle provides all Software, Services, or third-party products and services without any warranty and do not warrant that such services will operate uninterrupted or will be free from defects.
To make use of the Warranty, the customer must submit their proof of purchase, the model and the serial number of the product, plus a photo of the defect, to Estelle Customer Service via www.estelle.com/chat. The customer shall notify Estelle of any claims within the time period stated in section one.
Estelle will repair or resend the faulty product, including the cost of shipping, without charge during the stated time period in section one.
Estelle may use refurbished or new parts and/or components when repairing a product, or may replace a faulty product with a restored or new Estelle product.
This warranty does not affect the consumer's rights, such as those arising from binding consumer protection legislation.
The warranty does not extend to failure or damage caused by accident, negligence, improper use, exposure to liquids, moisture, sand or dirt, physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress, scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
Additionally, the warranty does not cover:
- products whose serial or IMEI numbers have been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or rendered illegible;
- failure or damage caused by use with accessories, products, or add-on equipment not provided or approved by Estelle;
- improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not provided or approved by Estelle;
- external causes such as collision, fire, flood, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, power failure, or improper use of an electrical source;
- cellular signal reception or transmission, viruses, or other software problems;
- products not purchased from Estelle.com or an authorized reseller;
- products not purchased in an official Estelle country or region,or repairs performed by a non-official repair center.
