🤔 Troubleshooting (specific to the projector module)

Turning On the Projector

Issue: I don't understand how to turn on the projector.

Resolution: There are three ways to turn on the projector. Ensure that no one is looking at the lamp before proceeding. First, swipe your finger from the top down on your screen to access the pull-down menu, then click on the "Projector" button. Second, go to the Estelle One app, which you'll find in the right vertical section of your home screen. Click on the "On" button in the middle of the screen. Third, use the Estelle One remote control (sold separately) and press the "On" button at the top.

Image Clarity

Issue: The image is hazy, not clear, or the focus is off.

Resolution: First, ensure that the projector is at least 50 cm and no more than 10 meters away from the wall. Go to the Estelle One app in the right vertical section of your home screen, and navigate to the "Focus" section. Use the "+" and "-" buttons until the image is clear. If the issue persists after restarting the device, contact support@estelle.com for further assistance.

Uneven Image Corners

Issue: The sides or corners of the image are uneven or off.

Resolution: Access the Estelle One app and go to the "Keystone" section. Adjust the projection corners by pressing the sides of the projection emulation until the image becomes even.

Auto-Correction Failure

Issue: The image doesn't correct itself at all.

Resolution: Turn off the device and turn it back on. If the problem continues, contact support@estelle.com for further technical help.

Fan Noise

Issue: The fan noise is too loud or louder than usual.

Resolution: If this is your first time using the device, such behavior is expected and should improve in the next session. If not, reduce the brightness and take a 10-15 minute break. If the issue continues, restart the device and, if needed, contact support@estelle.com for further assistance.

Volume Control

Issue: I can't find the volume controls.

Resolution: Estelle One does not have physical volume buttons. Use the Estelle One app's volume slider on the side of the main screen, or go to system settings and choose "gestures," then select "3-button navigation" to use the three-finger swipe for volume control. You can also use the Estelle One remote control (sold separately) to adjust the volume.

Game Console Compatibility

Issue: My Estelle One is not working with my game console.

Resolution: This could be due to an outdated operating system on your device. Go to settings, click on the "About" section, and check if updates are available. If there are, connect to Wi-Fi, download the update, and try again. If the issue still persists, contact support@estelle.com for further assistance.
