Your Estelle-branded hardware, including the Estelle One and Estelle Remote, comes with a 24-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the delivery date, valid in the purchase country/region. Estelle will repair or replace the product (using new or refurbished parts) free of charge, covering shipping costs.
The warranty doesn't cover damages from accidents, improper use, unapproved accessories, external causes, or products bought from unauthorized sellers. Consumer protection rights are unaffected.
You can find our official warranty statement here.
Below is a short step-by-step guide on how to utilize your warranty.
Step 1: Identifying the Issue
Notice and pinpoint a possible defect or problem with your Estelle One or Estelle Remote.
Step 2: Gather Documentation
Prepare your proof of purchase (like a receipt or online confirmation)
Step 3: Initial Contact
You can either contact the distributor (such as Tele2) or reach out to Estelle’s support team directly.
Relay a detailed account of the defect or issue you’ve identified.
Step 4: Troubleshooting Support
If the support can't resolve the issue, they will guide you on the next steps which could include visiting MCare, our warranty partner, or mailing in your device for support.
Step 5: Mail-In Support (if needed)
If advised, initiate mail-in support by filling out a provided form, attaching your proof of purchase, and mailing the device to MCare.
Step 6: Visit MCare (if advised)
Bring your device and proof of purchase to an MCare location for evaluation and possible replacement.
Step 7: Cases Outside Warranty
If your device's defect isn't covered, MCare will inform you and possibly offer a trade-in option once available.
Step 8: Trade-In Options (Future Feature)
If you're interested in trading in your device, bring it to MCare, who will evaluate it and offer a trade-in value.
Step 9: Cases Within Warranty
Either at the location or via post you will receive a replacement component or device.
